SHIPPING

We currently send orders Australia-wide by Australia Post, the cost of postage will be added at checkout.

Orders will be processed within three days of receipt. If item is in stock, it will be dispatched the same day your order is processed. If it is not in stock:

  • Art and photo prints – an order will be placed with our print supplier the same day, dispatch is usually within a week (longer during peak periods).
  • Art journals and textile products – your order will be hand made and dispatched within a week.

Australia Post delivery times vary depending on location, however you can usually expect your order to arrive within a week of dispatch, sometimes longer for rural locations.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number. All orders will be registered/sign on delivery and insured for loss/damage.

If you are not home, pick up will be from the nearest post office.

If there is an issue regarding your order delivery, please CONTACT ME as soon as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please select your artwork and products carefully, returns are not accepted if you change your mind.

Defects, damage, order error

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Take photos or video of the packaging, shipping label, and product, in good light capturing as much detail as possible.

Requests for returns for faulty/damaged goods or incorrect products are to be received within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Faulty or damaged print products will be replaced once assessed by seller via photos, video, or in-person.

Faulty or damaged art journals and textile products will be replaced once assessed by seller via photos, video, or physical inspection, IF the same size/fabric is available. Please note, these products are hand-made, many are unique one-offs, and a replacement product may not be available, in which case alternative fabric options will be offered or a refund given.

Refund, exchange or credit provided once photos of faults or damage are supplied, and at seller’s request the original product is returned (at seller’s expense). Shipping of replacement is also at the seller’s expense.

Colour variance

Photographs on my website are edited on a colour calibrated monitor to ensure the colour of the artwork is accurately represented on screen and in print. However, the colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork or print (unless you also calibrate your monitor!). Slight colour variation from onscreen representation is not an acceptable reason for return/refund.

In the case of drop-shipped orders where the seller was unable to inspect the print prior to delivery, and the colour of a print varies significantly due to an issue in the printing process, a replacement may be offered once the seller has inspected the print via photos, video or in-person.

Ageing artwork

I use professional quality archival mediums, however all artworks are subjected to aging, particularly if displayed in direct sunlight. You may notice colours slightly fade over the years. There are no returns for aging artwork. 

Refunds

I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or photos/video), and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
